The Surgery is a family practice providing NHS medical services under a Personal
Medical Services (PMS) contract with North Somerset Primary Care Trust.
We provide general medical services and non-NHS medical services weekdays
from 8 am to 6.30 pm.We can only deal with medical emergencies between 8-8:30am,
1-2pm and 6-6:30pm (Fridays 5:30-6:30pm). We are unable to make appointments until after 8.30am.
You may be seen by, or request to see, any Doctor in the Practice.
Consultations are by appointment only. Patients with special
requirements may pre book for a limited period in advance.
Please call before midday for visits on the same day. Calls after noon will normally
be put down for the following working day. The doctor will make home visits
to patients who are unable to come to the surgery because of the severity of
their illness or disability. Please note a child with a high temperature
can be brought safely to the surgery where he will be seen more quickly and in a
more suitable environment.
If possible please call between 3pm and 6pm when the phones are less busy. Please say
if you are calling for results and do not assume that a result is normal because
you have not heard from us. You may also call NHS Direct at any time for general

Repeat prescriptions may be ordered by post, emailed to
TLS.Scripts@gp-L81044.nhs.uk,
handed in at the reception or placed in the prescription boxes.
Please tick the items you require on the list attached to your last prescription.
If you would like us to post the script back to you please include a S.A.E with your
request. Please order in good time and allow 2 working days before collecting.
The doctor may, at times, wish to review your medication and will therefore need to
see you in the surgery. Please also note that in order to safeguard all those involved,
requests for repeat prescriptions cannot be taken over the phone and may not be
collected by minors.
