We provide general medical services and non-NHS medical services weekdays from 8 am to 6.30 pm. We are able to make appointments after 8.00am. You may be seen by, or request to see, any Doctor in the Practice.
Consultations are by appointment only. Patients with special requirements may pre book for a limited period in advance.
Please call before midday for visits on the same day. The doctor will make home visits to patients who are unable to come to the surgery because of the severity of their illness or disability. Please note a child with a high temperature can be brought safely to the surgery where they can be seen more quickly and in a more suitable environment.
Please do not assume an investigation result is normal if you have not heard from us. We ask every patient to call for their investigation result. Please If possible call between 3pm and 6pm when the phones are less busy and select the results line option. You may also call NHS 111 at any time for general medical advice on 111 or online at www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk.
Repeat prescriptions may be ordered by post, emailed to TLS.Scripts@gp-L81044.nhs.uk, handed in at the reception or placed in the prescription boxes. Please tick the items you require on the list attached to your last prescription. If you would like us to post the script back to you please include a S.A.E with your request. Please order in good time and allow 2 working days before collecting. The doctor may, at times, wish to review your medication and will therefore need to see you in the surgery. Please also note that in order to safeguard all those involved, requests for repeat prescriptions cannot be taken over the telephone. We do not allow minors to collect prescriptions.
For all urgent medical matters that can not wait until we are open again please call 111.
